Before you ask
Three questions we get on almost every first call.
Do I have to be in Arizona to set this up?
No. Plenty of our clients hire us from Minnesota or Alberta. We can do the walk-through with a family member, a realtor, or over a video call, and keys can be handed off through a lockbox or a neighbor you trust.
How soon can you start?
Usually within a week of the walk-through, and faster in an urgent situation. If you fly out on Friday, call us — we’ve started same-week more than once.
What do you need from me to give a quote?
Your address or community, roughly how big the house is, whether there’s a pool or casita, and how long you’ll be away. That’s enough for a number. The walk-through confirms it.
