Family owned since 2016

The person who answers the phone is the person in your kitchen.

A2Z Home Watch is a small family business in the North Phoenix area. We took this on because the homeowners around us needed someone dependable to look after their houses — and because we’d want the same for ours.

Our story

It started with a floor that didn’t have to be ruined.

A neighbor of ours spent four months in Michigan. While they were gone, a braided supply line under a guest bath began to weep — slowly, quietly, for most of the summer. They came back in November to buckled flooring, a ruined cabinet run, and a repair bill that dwarfed anything the original fix would have cost.

Nobody had been looking. Not because nobody cared, but because “check on the house” is a favor people say yes to and forget. So we built a business around actually doing it: a written checklist, a real schedule, and a photo report every single visit.

Ten seasons later we look after homes across the North Valley for owners who live in Michigan, Minnesota, Alberta, Oregon and everywhere else summer is kinder. Some of them we’ve never met in person. All of them get the same thing: somebody who treats the house like their own.

What we stand on

Four promises we’d want from anyone holding our keys.

One family, no strangers

Your home is visited by us — not a rotating crew and not a subcontractor you’ve never been introduced to. You know the name and the face on every report.

If it isn’t written down, it didn’t happen

Every visit is time-stamped, photographed and logged. That record protects your home, and it protects you when an insurer asks what was being done about the property.

We say the honest thing

If a repair can wait, we tell you it can wait. If a service isn’t worth what it costs on your house, we say so. We’d rather keep a client ten years than upsell one summer.

We answer, then we show up

Calls get answered by a person. Emergencies get a car in your driveway, usually within two hours — not an email suggesting you contact somebody else.

Credentials & coverage

Licensed, insured, bonded — and local enough to be there in twenty minutes.

Home watch is a trust business, so we make the boring parts verifiable. Ask us for our certificate of insurance and we’ll send it the same day.

  • General liability insured and bonded, with documentation available on request
  • Background-checked, with a logged key and access-code chain of custody
  • Vetted network of licensed local plumbers, roofers, HVAC and pool trades
  • Inspection checklists written per property, not copied from a franchise binder
A quick word on scope: we’re a home watch company, not a contractor. We inspect, document, coordinate and respond — and we bring in licensed trades for licensed work, then stay on site while it’s done.

Who we serve

If your home is empty for weeks at a time, this is for you.

Seasonal homeowners

You’re here October to April and gone all summer. You need weekly eyes, storm coverage, and a house that’s cool and running the day you land.

Frequent travelers

Long work trips, months with the grandkids, a summer in Europe. Short-notice coverage without renegotiating the whole arrangement.

Second-home & family property owners

A house held for family, a home between tenants, an estate being settled. Someone reliable on the ground, reporting to whoever needs the record.

Let’s meet

Twenty minutes at your house tells us more than any form.

We’ll walk the property with you, note the quirks, and send a written quote. Free, and there’s nothing to sign.
